Han Xiuzhi

Han Xiuzhi, born in Xintai, Shandong in 1987, graduated from the Central Academy of Fine Arts with a bachelor's degree in 2014, and currently lives and works in Beijing. Han Xiuzhi's works in recent years have been based on the living environment, reflecting the changes in individual life and creative environment to create works in different states. Fragments of memory and childhood nostalgia are integrated and resonate to produce image expressions.
 
Personal exhibitions include: Flute Dream (Gene Gallery, Shanghai, 2022), Waiting for Sunset (Hiart Space, Shenzhen, 2021), Spectator (Anyi Gallery,Shanghai, 2020), Deviated Landscape (WhiteBox Choice, Beijing, 2019) Spiritual Meaning of Figurative Painting (Yiyou Culture, Beijing, 2019), Wildness World(hiart space,Shanghai, 2018), Inside and outside the scene (Korea Attachment Art Space, Seoul, 2017).
Group exhibitions have been held in Art Beijing, Art Shenzhen, Artron Art Center, Jining Art Museum, Zhangzhou Art Museum, Hong Kong Wisdom Art Center, Minsheng Art Museum, European Union Embassy in China, Tianjin Art Museum, Zhengguan Art Museum, etc. In 2018, he won the British John Moores Painting Competition (China) and the shortlisted works exhibition Minsheng Art Museum.
